This year we will be hosting our First Annual, Autism Awareness Walk. We are excited to bring you this event. No matter your age or fitness level, reaping the benefits of walking can go a long way in boosting your overall health.

Did you know walking can reduce rates of chronic disease and help prevent persons from paying rising healthcare costs, lower blood pressure, improve cognition and promote heart health?

We will be walking next to our ICA Fairview Heights campus at Moody/Longacre park! The walk will be at your own pace, and we encourage families, students, grandparents, children, companies and all ages to attend.

We encourage teams to be built.

The walk also can be done virtually, as each individual can contribute and walk on their own. Just register under "virtual walk" or Fur Baby. PLEASE NOTE THE PARK DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. THIS IS A VIRTUAL ( walk at your own location, on your own) donation.

Registration and T-shirt PICK UP will be at Pavilion # 2. Public restrooms are available at the park.

Registration will be online, and we look forward to this great event to support The Illinois Center for Autism and Autism awareness in our community.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL REGISTRATION MUST BE PLACED BY AUGUST 15th TO RECIEVE T-SHIRT. AFTER AUGUST 15th we cannot place T-shirt orders. Walk up's are welcome.

Thank you to the City of Fairview Heights and the FHPD for your support!
